PRIZE AND PICKUP INFORMATION

Winners will be drawn on Thursday, August 1 and must redeem prizes by Friday, August 16, 2024 at close of business.

ARTbar must be scheduled prior to the prize deadline according to Heights Arts' and Jackie Warren's availability in January, February, or March, 2025. The winner will be provided with a minimum of 3 dates from which to choose. Heights Arts will provide a cash bar with beer and wine, and light snacks for guests. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to provide Heights Arts with a final door list of no more than 40 people at least one week prior to the event. Doors will open at 6:30, and the performance will begin at 7:00 and end at approximately 8:30.

1st alternate winners will be chosen Monday, August 19, 2024 and must redeem prizes by Friday, August 30, 2024.

2nd alternate winners will be chosen Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and must redeem prizes by Friday, September 13, 2024.

Prize Pickup: All prizes must be redeemed at Heights Arts (2175 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights) by providing this receipt.

Rules & Regulations:
All state, federal and local regulations and laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes are only open to United States residents. Prize Provider(s) may thank participants with a discount or offer following the sweepstakes. Winner must be 18 years or older, and reside in a locality where participation is legal. No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. For variable entry sweepstakes, completing the Alternative Entry Form is counted as five entries. For fixed ticket sweepstakes, completing the Alternative Entry Form is counted as one entry. One Alternative Entry Form entry per household per day is permitted. No automated, bulk, or third-party entries. No cash equivalents. No substitutions. No transfers. No refunds. Sponsoring Organization and BetterWorld reserve the right to disqualify contestants. Sponsoring Organization and BetterWorld reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsoring Organization and BetterWorld reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned. Campaign begins at Start Date and ends at End Date. At the end of the campaign, a winner will be chosen at random.

Selection Process:
All entries receive a number. At the end of the sweepstakes, the total number of entries are automatically tallied and a random number will be selected through a random number generator. Number will be between 1 and the total number of entries. Whichever person correlates to the selected number is the winner. If you would like to see a list of the winner(s), please mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsoring Organization. Residents of ID, VT, and WA may omit return postage.

How to Enter:
You may enter the sweepstakes through any number of ways. You may receive entries for donations. For some sweepstakes, you may receive entries for sharing by Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or email, or for sharing your email address. You may receive entries through this Alternative Entry Form. To keep things fair, this sweepstakes is closed to the employees (and their immediate families), agencies, and representatives of Sponsoring Organization, Prize Provider(s), and BetterWorld.
